MOMs CLASS

If you're just getting back into exercise or need a night out…Join the DHW Athletics’ MOM class.  This class is for moms who want a change of lifestyle.  A change that makes them feel great about themselves and the work they are doing.  This class is a full body workout.  It incorporates a mile walk, elastics band to target arms, legs, back and core.  We use boxing techniques, speed ropes, Bosu balls and medicine balls to target all aspects of the body.  

Being a Mom can be so very stressful.  The endorphins that release during a workout should be reason enough to take the time.  You'll come back from your workout more focused, happier and more clear-headed.
